The trailer for Four Lions contains codes and conventions for comedies. For example, there are many gags and funny moments/dialogue shown within the trailer. The film makes comedy out of terrorism- a social issue, which is typical of British comedy. Below is the trailer for the film.
Also, the director Chris Morris is titled in the trailer, and he is known for his controversial tv comedy programmes such as Brass Eye. This particular programme caused so much controversy that it was taken off air.
